The York Group, manufactures in Singapore, India and China, and maintains sales and service offices in Bangkok,Johannesburg, Qingdao (China), Leicestershire (UK), along with Singapore and Melbourne. These facilities provide full trailer parts/components distribution and comprehensive after sales service to our customers. In addition, YORK also maintains a distribution network to capitalize on new business opportunities.

Technology, Solution and Service

York Transport Equipment Asia and the YORK Group of Companies manufacture trailer axles, assemble trailer suspension kits and distribute a full range of truck / trailer components.

YORK's origin in the Asia-Pacific can be traced back to 1985 when YORK Australia was set up in Melbourne to gain a foothold in the Australian market for truck and trailer components. YORK Singapore, known as York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Limited, Singapore, was subsequently formed in 1989 as a base to expand into the fast growing Asia-Pacific region.

Axles are manufactured using strict quality control systems in accordance with ISO 9002, for which YORK obtained its certification in February 1993.

Our range of trailer axles are approved to various EEC Standards, and has compliance approvals with the Australian Design Rules (ADR). York was awarded the first Road Friendly Suspension Certificate for the new year 2000 regulations in Australia.

York products are sold directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers of trailer builders, repair shops and major transport fleet, and supported through a network of authorized marketing partners. Today, the Group serves the need of over 300 customers worldwide.
